Let’s bring in the joy
Whether you are seeking in-depth and individual support, planning a celebration or looking to practice and deepen your intuition and creativity, Trust The Tarot is here to joyfully support you.
How it works
Tarot can be a tool for neutral self-reflection. You have to “suspend disbelief” and open yourself up to something that may feel surreal for it to be effective.
The cards can ask you to examine your thoughts, beliefs, motives, or actions. It also requires a degree of faith that the cards you’re selecting will be a source of insight about these topics. If you’re not open to it, it’s not going to be beneficial, or worse, because you’re not going to hear anything that’s being said during the reading. We both have the same goal . . . for you to walk away with a greater understanding of what’s going on in your life.
Trust the Background
Since childhood, I’ve always been fascinated with the images in the Tarot deck. In 1971 while attending design school in Manhattan, I decided to take a deeper dive into the Tarot and all it had to offer. My friends suggested that I check out Weiser Bookshop in the East Village. Long story short, from my ad pinned on the bookstore’s bulletin board, I became involved with a group of rag-tag characters who were straight out of central casting for Rosemary’s Baby.
How to prepare for a session
When you begin thinking of questions you want to ask, form them as open-ended questions rather than “Yes” or “No” questions.
